hooray for three day weekends!

Okay. Let me catch you up. Tonight is Jason's birthday party, tomorrow is his 6th birthday. I sent 2 dozen chocolate cupcakes with him to school. This afternoon I have to pick up the cake and the pizza before the party. Jacques is off at noon today and until Tuesday.

I have not even made it to the bed in two days. Zachary has been waking up before I even get there. I just stay out in the living room in the recliner all night. Two nights in a row. Jacques has been up with Ryan more than usual too. I want to let them fuss themselves back to sleep (like normal parents) at night, but father of the year will not have any of that.

This weekend we are thrifting and antiqueing for some pieces for my office. I would much rather have something vintage or refurbished then something that is mass produced out of cheap plywood. It should be a good day with some good deals.

Ohhhhhhhh what else can I say? The babies have been extra furiating lately. They love tearing up the new blinds and dripping milk on the floor. Ryan will eat anything and often finds the littlest non-edible items. Zachary seems to squeal if I am out of sight and follows me around, yelping like a chihuaua. It is semi irrating. Okay, I am lying. IT drives me nuts.

Jason is loving karate and earned a blue stripe on his belt on Wednesday after 4 classes. He was so proud and so were we. Tonight we will miss class. Tomorrow we will have an 830 morning class. This spring he is playing his 3rd season of soccer and his father is coaching again. Already taken care on registration.

Jacques has been super busy with work and working long hours. He has been up at 4 and gone by 5 everyday this week. The break will be good for him. I have a ton of Honey Do's, but I may go easy on him. Or not ; )
