Just wanted to share one more thing this year. I made a little ring bound album to put all this years Christmas cards in. Just simple chipboard and some scraps. Nothing special, just another keepsake to add to the pile.See you all next year.
This cutie is my stepdaughter who is spending the holiday with us, and we just wanted to shout out to her Mom.."See you next year!" Jordyn is having a excellent time and misses you! This photo is from the 27th while we were at the mall playing mini golf. There where no holes in one :) We also went to Chuck E. Cheese's!
'Tis the season to be jolly Fa la la la la la la la la! Just sharing the title page to my small 4x6 SEI album for Christmas photos! I am totally digging my Christmas mood today. I been jammin out to XM Holly all day and we are gettinr ready to watch A Charlie Brown Christmas tonight at six. And I got some good Target bargins tonight with Julie. Woohooooo!! Later.
I was looking through some old photos today, and found this one from November 2004. It was Jason's first time out in the snow! He had a ball! (And I had 3 rolls of film to prove it.) We must of only been out for 10 minutes, but he covered the whole yard. And yes, he did have a set of mittens and a snow suit! Brrrrrrrr... Later.
Just a new layout with some old photos. The previous scrapbook page that these photos were on was hilarious! So I thought I'd re-do it. The foil seal is a left over from this years Christmas cards. And I am totally lovin Autumn Leaves stamps right now, can you tell? Jason was so sick that year over the holidays. In fact if you click on the layout, his sleeve in the bottom picture is actually covered in snot! How nice! Later Mater.

After Thanksgiving, and spending it with 6 nieces and nephews, I needed a way to store their photos all together. I did this title page for a small 4x6 SEI album. This will be the only scrapping through out the album. (I might alter the cover.) I am just adding the photos. They are all so exquisite that I wanted the focus to be on them. Had a very lazy Sunday and totally enjoyed it! Update: I added the photo of the cover too!

How Cute! Today Jason took time out to draw a self portrait and the second picture is his signature. I am sooooooo excited every time he writes his name! And I keep every shred of paper that he writes it on. (I'll need a bigger folder soon, huh?) Welp that's it! Just wanted to share his "artistic abilities" with you all. Later!
Hey! Just wanted to post this quick layout that I finished. I haven't been getting any pages done lately because of all the small projects that I got going on. So I took time out today to get one done! YEAH! Jason was only one and a half in these photos. I miss those chubby cheeks! Sorry the scan is so bad. I hate scanning textured paper. Later Mater.
I snapped this photo a couple weeks ago at the Santa's Workshop craft show! Thought it was an excellent shot. Priceless. Thinking of shadow boxing it with some stamping/embossing on the frame. We'll see. Not much going on. Just been busy, busy! And have yet to Christmas shop and get the tree up! Maybe this weekend! Later!
I was so inspired by Marci Lambert's Christmas folder, that I needed my own! I got these file folders at Walmart for .97 cents each, added some paper, rub-ons, and Heidi Swapp tape and Ka-Chow! I loved it so much that I have already done two more! At Walmart I also picked up a box of 100 folders, so I might get a little carried away! But a great way to store loose papers. Hugs!

First I just had to share these photos that I took in Houston of Jason working on his latest masterpiece. I just love how serious he looks. Later I will post the finished canvas. I have lots of great photos to share from the holiday weekend, but I am still wiped out from the trip. So more posts (and projects) later..

Just wanted to share the finished product of my envelope album. I added a binder clip to keep it folded up together. I love how it turned out and that we have another week documented from our lives. Click on the photos to see them larger and up close and you can see the whole album here at 2peas.
So yesterday I started this new project just for giggles! "Know this about me?" is going to be a small album for random things about me. This is only the chipboard cover. I'm thinking I will bind the top left corner with a large jump ring, but not sure yet. I only have a couple pages done, but you can see them over at 2peas. And be sure to check back later to see more pages!
So this is my new address book. Do you love it? I did it yesterday afternoon. I just had to do my own after seeing my favorite Peanut, Karla The Great, do one. It was a quick project with stamps, paper scraps, a computer font, and rub-ons. I organized it by state for a quick reference. You can see the insert pages that I altered as well right here at 2peas.
Okay so I have had some seashells sitting around in a Ziploc for a year and a half, so when I saw this bottle at Hobby Lobby for .99 cents, I just had to have it! I added a few rub-ons, ribbon, floss, and a tag with the date. Now I have a cute display of our seashells from Jason's first visit to the Gulf of Mexico. Sorry the photo is so blurry, been having trouble shooting still life lately. But you get the idea.

I had so much fun doing an album for the month of October that I wanted to have one for Novemver too. So last night I made this mini envelope album. I had these great vintage collector envelopes that I got from the Lewis Family. I used seven envelopes and titled the album 7 Days. I cut up some cardstock, one for each day of the week and Voilia! It is not complete yet because I need to document the week before I can do the cards. But you get the idea. You can see the cards through the envelopes and that is really neat! The album all folds up to reveal the title page. You can see it all here at 2peas.
I just finished this All About Me album and wanted to share. This was a Creating Keepsake's kit and three dollars of the profits went to the fight against breast cancer. This was a very rewarding album to complete. You can check the rest of it out at 2peas. On to the next project!
Look what I got in the mail yesterday! A whole lot of stamps and a bunch of other paper goodies! I am lucky enough to have two sets of parents and they saw these and thought of me!They picked these up at an auction for a whopping five dollars. Most of these retail at more than ten dollars a piece! Thanks. Love you, Lewis!
in my online galleries! I posted 20 some new scrapbook layouts in my online galleries, including this mini tag book for my fall photos. It's still in the making, but wanted to share so far. To see all of my layouts and mini albums, just click on the link My Gallery and/or Ck Gallery on the right hand side of the screen to see all my pages!

Happy Holidays! Okay so I am a little early with this one. But this is my newest project for the holidays. It is a blank journal from CafePress by Ali Edwards. I am turning it into an art journal with all my Holiday lists, plans and memories. The first page tells all about us this year and what we are doing. I plan to let the little one scribble a list down for Santa. "It's the most wonderful time of the year!" I'll post more at 2peas and here as it comes together!
This has been my project this month (inspired by Marci Lambert.) It is a small 6x6 album titled "What Eye See." It is a photo a day project. So I am snapping tons of photos each day and only using chosing one to use! I am loving the way it has gone so far. And I am only using scraps to compile the whole thing! What a way to clean up my piles. You can see the whole album so far at http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/album_display.asp?album_id=57191 Can't wait to have the finished project! Thanks for looking!
