quick update.

Our offer for the house was counter offered for $1G less than it's listing price. Today we found out why; There is another bidder. We upped our offer again. This is the last offer we will give and we have asked them to pay closing costs. Our realtor says it is "sucky" what they are doing. I am not upset either way. We had a max that we wanted to offer, after that.. If it is not meant to be..
