The capacity of washers and dryers have increased a lot.
When I throw in a load, it's huge.
Yet laundry baskets remain the same size

I just heard that our finally offer with them paying closing costs has been accepted. Now we can have it inspected before moving on with closing and buying.
Then comes the carpet and paint.
And the packing and moving.
